Stability Ball Chest Press – Sit on a stability ball, holding a 5 to 8-pound weight in each hand. Slowly walk forward and roll the ball under your body, until only your head and shoulders are supported. Repeat 12-15 reps.
Single Leg Lift and Row – Stand with the left foot in front of the right foot, hold a 5 to 8-pound weight in your right hand, keeping your arms by your sides. Lean forward, and raise the right foot off the ground. Extend the weight toward the ground, then raise it to your hip. Repeat the same process on the left side.
Push-Ups – If you prefer men’s push-ups, extend your body face down with the toes of your feet and the palm of your hands on the ground, keeping your legs and torso off the floor. Using your arms, move your body up and down, bending your elbows. For women’s push-ups, rest your knees on the floor, keeping your torso off the ground. Using your arms, move your body up and down, bending your elbows.
